Erdikon

The Free plan includes up to two users and a quota of 52 invoices per year. The paid Pro and Unlimited plans allow unlimited users and have no application quotas. All plans cost the same in the cloud and for self-hosting.

For self-hosting, a perpetual license is also available for a one-time fee of €995 with unlimited users. The license applies to one organization and is bound to one domain. It cannot be used for an instance with multiple organizations (tenants). One year of updates is included, and further updates are available through a paid maintenance contract. This version is also subject to the Erdikon License.

Erdikon provides its features through an MCP server for AI assistants. Assistants can create draft invoices, record payments, and send documents, among other tasks. The integration is included in all plans and when self-hosting. Separate credentials for each space limit access, which is read-only by default. Write access must be granted explicitly, and the permissions of the respective person apply.

Access to the source code is available on request, even before purchase.

The Erdikon License allows internal business, personal, and non-commercial use as well as modifications for these purposes. Paid services such as installation, customization, hosting, and support are allowed as part of individual engagements. When you host Erdikon for clients, they must be able to download a complete, independently restorable backup free of charge at any time.

A self-service hosting, SaaS, or cloud offering for third parties is prohibited. Copies, including modified versions, may only be distributed free of charge. The license key function must generally not be modified or circumvented. A temporary exception applies if license keys are generally unavailable for at least 30 consecutive days.
