Plausible Analytics
Plausible Analytics is privacy-focused open-source web analytics with a lightweight tracking script and a clear dashboard. The application tracks website usage without cookies and shows visitor sources, page views, and conversions, among other metrics.
The free Community Edition can be self-hosted, and a paid cloud service funds further development. The actively maintained project's Community Edition is licensed under AGPL v3 or any later version and uses Elixir, Phoenix, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and React.

SSO in the Published Cloud Code
The Community Edition does not include SSO. However, the SSO implementation is available in the public repository under AGPL-3.0. The build configuration excludes this additional directory from the CE build. The open-source classification describes the license of this code, not the feature set of the finished Community version.
