Mayan EDMS

Mayan EDMS is a comprehensive web-based document management system (DMS) with OCR, workflows, roles and permissions, and a REST API.

It can be run on-premises or self-hosted. The software is actively maintained and licensed under GPL v2. It uses Python and PostgreSQL.

The documented workflows control document states and transitions. This is not a dedicated application for contract terms, notice periods, or contract billing. The entry is therefore assigned to document management.
