License Restrictions

Fizzy's O'Saasy License permits using and modifying the visible source code, including for internal business purposes. Redistributing and selling copies is also generally permitted. Copyright and license notices must be retained in copies or substantial portions of the software.

The license prohibits hosted, managed, SaaS, or cloud offerings for third parties that compete directly with the original licensor and whose main value lies in Fizzy's own functionality. This also applies to modified and derivative versions and to downstream recipients. Because of this restriction, the O'Saasy License is not an open-source license. It does not generally prohibit commercial use.
