PicoClaw
PicoClaw is a personal AI assistant from Sipeed that is also designed to run on small devices. You can use it through a web interface, the terminal, and messengers such as Telegram, Discord, or Slack. It supports web research, file and command-line tools, reminders and recurring tasks, and extensions through skills and MCP.
The actively maintained software is written in Go, licensed under the MIT License, and can run on your own infrastructure. Language models can be connected locally or through external providers. Using external services can involve data transfers and separate costs.
The project is still in early development. Its documentation advises against production use before version 1.0 because of possible unresolved security issues.
