Open edX

Open edX is an open-source learning platform for creating, delivering, and managing online courses and training programs. It combines the Open edX Studio authoring environment with a learning management system for learners.

The actively maintained core platform is built with Python, JavaScript, and Django and is licensed under AGPL-3.0. You can run it on your own infrastructure, and service providers handle hosting, maintenance, and customization on request.
