Proprietary Pro Edition
DocuSeal Pro adds SAML SSO, teams and roles, conditional fields and formulas, automated reminders, bulk sending, and embedded signing flows, among other features. The maintainers describe Pro as a separate private module codebase that is offered both hosted and for self-hosting. These features are not generally part of the AGPL version.
For the proprietary Pro modules, the project's license statement requires a valid subscription for the agreed number of installations and prohibits publishing, redistribution, and sublicensing. These terms do not apply to the AGPL core.
