Dify
Dify combines visual AI workflows, knowledge sources, and tools to build and run AI agents and applications. The platform supports various language models, document processing and retrieval, and monitoring of runs.
The actively maintained community codebase uses Python and TypeScript and can be self-hosted. It is licensed under the restrictive Dify License and is source-available, not open source.

Enterprise Edition & Cloud Plans
Dify Enterprise extends the base with SAML/OIDC SSO, additional security and administration features, and support for larger private installations, among other things. The cloud plans also differ in capacity and operational services.
Enterprise is governed by the proprietary end user license agreement. It limits use to the internal network and the agreed licenses and prohibits modification, redistribution, and reverse engineering, among other things. These terms are distinct from the Dify License of the community version, which is not open either.
License Restrictions
The Dify License is a restrictive source-available license, not an open-source license. Commercial use is generally permitted.
However, running multiple tenants and removing or changing logos and copyright notices in the frontend require a commercial license or explicit permission from the vendor.
