Cal.diy
Cal.diy provides online appointment booking with configurable availability, event types, and booking management. It connects to Google Calendar, Outlook, and CalDAV calendars, among others.
You run the actively maintained open-source version yourself, and it is licensed under the MIT License. It is distinct from the separate proprietary application Cal.com.
According to the edition comparison, sign-in via Google OAuth and Azure AD/Microsoft OAuth is included. The SSO information for the base version refers to these sign-in methods, not to SAML.

Proprietary Sister Application Cal.com
The separate application Cal.com adds teams and organizations, round-robin and collective team events, workflows, routing forms, insights, SAML SSO, and SCIM. It is available as a hosted service and, on request, for enterprise self-hosting. These features were not carried over under Cal.diy's MIT License when Cal.diy and Cal.com were split. A free Cal.com plan is not an open-source edition either.
Operating Notes
The project explicitly recommends Cal.diy only for personal, non-production use and gives no security guarantee. For business-critical scheduling, it points to Cal.com. This is an operating recommendation, not a ban on commercial use under the MIT License.
